A complete restoration of a 1941 single family home in Miami Beach. Approximately 2800 sq. ft. under air, the project involved new circulation routes, windows, pool and exterior landscape. Baths and kitchen, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were also replaced.

A 28 ft. diameter sunken living room received new hurricane impact windows, electronically controlled sheer drapery and an 18' custom banquet.

The old laundry area leading to the kitchen received a glamorous make-over with this key hole doorway and new terrazo flooring.
