This project involved a complete renovation. The exterior received new paint, landscape, awnings and walkways.

Palms and awnings were located to mitigate western sun exposure and shade the house.

New hallways were created on either side of the existing fireplace establishing a children's wing and separate master suite.

A wall was removed between the kitchen and dining area bringing northern light into the home. And parents involved in meal preparation were now able to observe their children doing homework at the table.

A new kitchen was introduced with custom cabinetry, new appliances and plenty of storage.

A garage space was sealed, air conditioned and converted into a family room with a play area and toy storage.
